Software Venture Studio

We build software
companies. Operators
run them.

Atlas incubates vertical software platforms for large, offline markets.

About us

A studio, not a fund and not an agency.

We conceive, build, and launch software companies in-house — each one aimed at a large, fragmented industry where software has barely arrived.

Atlas starts every company from zero: the idea, the product, the first customers, the capital. We pick markets that are big, offline, and overlooked — the kind incumbents never digitized — and we build the platform the market has been missing.

We stay hands-on until the business is real and moving volume. Then we hand day-to-day operations to a partner who runs it as their own, and we turn to the next build. The studio is the constant; each company gets its own operator and its own path.

01

Build in-house

Product, brand, capital, and the first version of the playbook — created inside the studio.

02

Prove in market

We operate the company ourselves until it has real customers and real traction.

03

Hand to an operator

An operating partner takes equity and runs the company. Atlas stays behind them as the studio.

03

Partner with us

For operators and for the industries we should build in next.

We build. You run. You own a piece.

Every Atlas company is built to be handed off. Once a platform has traction, we bring in an operating partner to run it as CEO — someone with deep operating experience and real relationships in that market. You don't start from a blank page: you inherit a working product, early customers, and a proven model. In return, you take a meaningful equity stake and run the business as your own, while Atlas stays behind you with capital, product, and support.

Operators

Run a company without founding one from scratch

You have the operating chops and the network to scale a business in your industry. We hand you one that's already working.

Market partners

Build the platform your industry is missing

You know a large, offline market that's ready for software. We build it with you and bring it to life.

Let's talk.
